交換および返品ポリシー

返品やお問い合わせはすべて、contact@cocodejapan.com までご連絡ください。

商品をお受け取り頂きましたら、すぐに商品の状態を確認して頂き、商品や品質に問題がある場合は、24日以内にメールにてご連絡頂きますよう、お願い申し上げます。お客様のご都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。
ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合、またはご注文の商品が破損して届いた場合は、該当商品は、返送せず、商品到着から24時間以内にメールにてご連絡くださいませ。

開封済みまたは使用済みの商品の返品は承ることが出来兼ねますのでご了承くださいませ。

After receiving the product, please check the condition of the product immediately. If you have any problems with the product or quality.
If you received different item than you order, or your order arrives damaged, do not ship back damaged item(s). Instead, email us within 24hours.
Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
