Domestic Shipping

Shipping Method
Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport. Currently, we only accept deliveries within Japan.

Delivery Time
We usually arrange for shipping within 5 business days from the next business day after your order is completed. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during the New Year holidays.) Depending on the product, we specify the delivery month/day on each product page. In this case, we delivery the item according to the specified month/day. We will install the system for you to be able to specify the delivery day and time once we are ready. If you would like to specify a date and time, please order well in advance. 

* Once the shipping arrangements for the product have been completed, we will send you an email to inform you of the completion of shipping. 

Depending on the product, stock situation, and shipping destination, it may take longer than expected to deliver.

Specifying the delivery date and time
We will install the system for you to be able to specify the delivery day and time once we are ready. You can specify the delivery date from 5 days after the order date on the cart screen. You can choose the delivery time from the following time slots.
AM/2-4PM/4-6PM/6-8PM/7-9PM 

*The above does not apply to orders placed during long holidays such as New Year's and Golden Week. A separate schedule will be posted.

*If you are delivering to remote islands or some mountainous areas, we may not be able to deliver on your desired delivery date and time.

*Depending on the weather and road conditions at the time of delivery, we may not be able to deliver on your desired delivery date and time.

Shipping costs
880 yen (tax included) for all across Japan.
Free shipping for purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included)
per delivery address. Delivery will be at room temperature.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Fedex or other careers. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flamingo Estate is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
